We are also proud that our engagement journey continued in FY23 with the highest recorded engagement score at Monash IVF Group of 64%, a 3% improvement on FY22 and well above the industry benchmarks. This continues to demonstrate our commitment to driving change in our workplace.
Along with our focus on the employee life cycle, our commitment to achieving change through Diversity and Inclusion was also recognised in FY23 by receiving the Bronze Employer recognition by AWEI (Australian Workplace Equality Index).
